# 4. Test Sign-in

Once provisioning is complete, have one of your administrators go to your TOTAL login page and click **Sign in with Microsoft**.

They should authenticate with their Microsoft account and land on the TOTAL dashboard.

If they see an error, refer to the troubleshooting section below or contact your TOTAL representative.
