# Submitting Logs - Shared Workstation

> This is a step-by-step guide as to how a frontline access employee can submit their logs if they experience an issue

1. In the top right corner of the login windows, click the **!** button

2. Please provide a detailed description of the problem you encountered in the text box below. Ensure that you **Include Event Logs** so our support team can better diagnose the issue. Then, click **Submit**
