# Submitting Logs - Windows

> This guide provides a step-by-step tutorial on how to submit logs from your AD joined Windows device. If you are experiencing difficulties or technical issues with your Windows device that has been enrolled with TruU, this guide should initiate the process of solving such problems.

# **How to Submit Logs**

1. Click on the arrow on your navigation bar. Then, click **Report Issue**

2. Please provide a detailed description of the problem you encountered in the text box below. Ensure that you **Include Event Logs** so our support team can better diagnose the issue.
