Highlights

The Mac Authenticator sends an event when users attempt to change their PIN. The event captures if the change was successful, failed, or the user canceled the operation. Display of these events in the admin console is coming in a future release of the TruU cloud platform.

We have fixed an issue where users would not be able to submit logs from the Workstation Login screen. Now, if a user is to encounter an issue, the “Report Issue” button will send the required information.
We have fixed an issue where the Mac Authenticator would become unresponsive upon updating its versioning. This should no longer occur.
We have fixed an issue where the Mac Authenticator would not report the accurate number of PIN attempts when the user was unlocking their system. The number of PIN attempt should now be correct in the Admin Console.

MA-210	PIN Reset	After changing PIN, the screen may flicker between a message to Enter PIN / Enter Password for a few seconds.
MA-926	Reporting Issues	Users are not able to report issues if they are not enrolled.
MA-1010	PIN Recovery	Users who have been unenrolled after using the file vault recovery key may not be able to re-enroll without reinstalling the product.
