Localization Improvements

  • We have improved the accuracy of several languages within our localization library to catch missed translations properly. These languages include:
  1. Portuguese
  2. Russian
  3. Spanish
  4. Swedish
  5. Turkish

Bug Fixes

  • We have fixed an issue where users were unable to login upon upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Now, TruU will ensure all necessary services are running correctly so the user can login without issue post-upgrade.
  • We have fixed an issue where computers removed from the admin console were not handled correctly. This fix now properly triggers un-enrollment of users.
  • We have fixed an issue where upon authenticating with facial biometrics, users ended in a “stuck state” with the messaging “Please Wait”. Users should no longer encounter this issue.
  • We have improved the user experience when a user’s password is expired. Now, if a user selects either “OK” or “Cancel”, they are directed back to the original credential provider selection and all credential provider options are present.
  • We have fixed an issue where, after a cold reboot, users were unable to login to TruU. Now, users are able to login as expected.
  • We have fixed an issue where users were unable to login to their accounts after enrolling from the login/Lock Screen. Now, the “You can’t sign in with this account” message does not appear upon enrollment from the Lock Screen.
  • We have fixed an issue where, in rare circumstances, users would experience a black screen after login. This occurred when the system was repeatedly locked and unlocked.
