- We have fixed an issue where users were not able to sign in using TruU following an upgrade. This impacted users that were running a 23.2.x version of Windows Authenticator, upgraded to a 24.2.x or later version of Windows Authenticator, and then updated again. This sequence resulted in corrupted enrollment data which prevented users from signing in and required them to re-enroll. This is now fixed and there should be no issues updating from version 23.2.x or later to 25.1.2.
