How to Submit Logs on Your Mobile Device

  1. Open the TruU Mobile App
  1. Click the Gear Icon in the top left corner and select Report Issue
  1. Provide a detailed description of the problem that you encountered in the text box below. Make sure to provide the following information:
    1. A concise description of the issue
    2. The timestamp when the issue occurred
    3. Details on whether the issue can be reproduced
    4. The type of device you are using
    5. The version of your operating system
