Bug Fixes

  • We have fixed an issue where certain error conditions would result in agent getting stuck during enrollment.
  • We have extended the time from three minutes to ten minutes to unlock computer before aborting an enrollment to prevent enrollments from being discarded prematurely.
  • We have fixed an issue where an incorrect error screen might appear warning user that TruU could not connect to their mobile device.
  • To address the ESS bug referenced below (WA-19915), we no longer allow users to enroll a fingerprint if ESS is enabled.
  • We have fixed an issue where Switch User would not work if group policy for “Interactive logon: Don’t display last signed-in” is enabled.
  • To prevent incompatibility issues with Windows Hello, TruU now disables Windows Hello during installation.
  • We have improved performance of loading of TruU Agent UI.
  • We have fixed an issue where an “Incorrect PIN” error would appear when attempting to unlock computer with a fingerprint reader.
