TruU connects to your organization’s user directory to manage who can access the system. This section covers the supported directory types and how to add one. When a user is active in your directory, they can sign in with TruU. If a user is disabled or removed from the directory, they immediately lose access. TruU only reads from your directory — it never makes any changes to it.

Adding a Directory

In the TruU Admin Console, go to Settings > Directory, click the + button, select your directory type, and follow the setup steps.
