Self-Service and Intune CapabilitiesUser can access self-service BitLocker recovery key retrieval and install software through the Company Portal.Some Intune features, like self-service BitLocker recovery, rely on a primary user. Without a primary user, these features may be unavailable.
ESP Phase 3 (Account Setup) BehaviorSince the user signs in with Microsoft credentials to start Autopilot, ESP Phase 3 (Account Setup) will automatically continue after the first Windows login using TruU FIDO2.ESP Phase 3 will only trigger if the user logs in with a UPN and password. FIDO2 login does not trigger Phase 3, but apps and configurations assigned to the user will still deploy in the background. Manual Primary User AssignmentIf needed, a primary user can be manually assigned after provisioning via the Intune admin center.
