Administrators can expect a flexible configuration process that allows them to define custom authentication methods, from mobile app QR scans to physical badges, without requiring any changes to the existing corporate directory. The setup process includes the following steps
  1. Create an Entitlement Group
  2. Setup Registration Policies
  3. Setup Authentication Policies
    1. User Identifier + PIN
    2. Badge (or Badge + PIN)
    3. TruU Mobile App
  4. Set up Physical Access Badge
By completing these configurations, you will have successfully established the foundational framework for your shared environment. It is important to remember that Shared Workstation Policies are only enforced once they are assigned to at least one Computer Entitlement Group. This layered approach ensures that your Shared Workstation deployment is secure, scalable, and perfectly aligned with your organization’s unique operational needs
