Highlights
- Single Logout Support
- Detailed Events View for User and Device Drill-Down
Enhancements
Single Logout Support
- With this release, we’ve added Single Logout (SLO) support for both the TruU Admin Console and User Portal. With single logout, when the user logs out of any federated app where SLO is enabled the user will be logged out of all other federated apps. TruU supports this for both SP-initiated SLO (e.g. the user logs out of the Admin Console or User Portal, and the IdP is instructed to log the user out of all other federated apps) and IdP-initiated SLO (e.g. the user logs out of the IdP portal, or another federated app and the IdP logs the user out of the Admin Console and User Portal). This feature can be configured under Settings > Security.

Detailed Events View for User and Device Drill-Down
- We’ve added the detail events component to the User and Device drill-down pages. Now, when viewing events from the User or Device pages, you can click drill-in to see the expanded event details.

Bug Fixes
- We’ve fixed an issue where SMS messages would not be sent if the underlying phone record from the directory included extra characters that are not valid characters for a phone number.
Known Issues
| Ticket Number | Component | Summary |
|---|---|---|
| PLAT-9447 | Misc. | Unfriendly error message when Device is below Minimum Device Assurance Level for Application SSO |
| PLAT-9359 | Admin Console | The view of devices does not get updated immediately when dormant settings are modified. If the Admin changes the “Stale Device Handling” configuration under “Settings > Security”, the status for devices (Active / Dormant) may not be accurate for up to 15 minutes as the status is cached and updated every 15 minutes. |
| PLAT-9302 | Admin Console | In rare instances, Admin Console may fail to load. If this happens, refresh the page |
| PLAT-9891 | PIN Reset | If a PIN profile is updated from not requiring PIN rotation to require PIN rotation, already enrolled devices will not honor that policy. Workaround: manually set the enrolled device(s) to require a PIN change. This will force the user to change their PIN on next check-in, and updated PIN profile will be used moving forward. |
| WA-18595 | Policies | Failed policy evaluation events from iOS devices appear twice in the Events table. |
| PLAT-10730 | Event Logging | IP address and location information are missing in some events in the Events table. |
